It’s stressful buying a home in the current real estate market, so to have a lender that actually cared about how you felt during the longest days ever during the closing process was super refreshing. We had a pre approval through Wells Fargo prior to being referred to Amber, and my wife and I felt like just another “metric” to them, while constantly receiving corporate written “BS” emails to make me think they actually cared, and never really thought they did care when speaking on the phone either.
