  They never answer the phone!!! When my cards expired and I was away working they refused to send my cards to my current location even though I found out months later that legally they CAN! I was so in love at first but they’ve slowly become less reliable.

  This place is the worst. The only bank you will find that routinely takes the atm out of service for no reason smack in the middle of the day. And could care less that people are waiting. And to top it off they won’t see you inside if from another CU branch as they are supposed to. Rude!!!

  I would not recommend this bank to any one. Especially this particular branch. This branch has the worst customer service to date. You can get better customer service from other credit union banks. Take your money else where. Reviews say a lot about how people do business and how you can expect to be treated. Banks like this one should not be allowed to operate. Worst experience ever almost ruined my day and brought me to tears. Especially with that employee called Miguel.

  Applied to refi condo. The lady helping me was incompetent. Had to resubmit paperwork that was misplaced. Property was appraised way below market. I had to refi with another bank. I received fair appraisal and lower refi rate. FFCU was a waste of my time. Please stop sending me emails to refinance. I'm not interested.

  I am a member of this really supportive and laid back Credit Union. Their uniform is Hawaiian shirts, Island Music in the seated wicker chairs, as your attending to your account. No membership fees if referred by family member or $35-fee which goes to education 😊 either way its excellent and many shared branches throughout US

  I didn’t have a good experience with this bank, they demanded too much and never sent out my card the way they promised after Inopen my account. Month later I contacted them, and they were not very nice over the phone.

  I love the Hawiian ambiance...almost like going to the big island. Park in coverd parking, just tell the valet parking guy that you're going to the bank.
