  Maybe the worst credit union. They don't answer thier phones and some branches still in 2022 you have to make an appointment to get your money.

  This bank is deplorable. My mother had an account with them for years. After she got dementia and had to move to a nursing home, we needed bank statements for the last five years for her application for medical assistance. The bank charged us $800--this is for an elderly person with NO money. In addition, any assistance that we requested from the bank, such as proof of account ownership, account closure letters, etc. was ignored. Disgusting customer service, and employees that refuse to do their job or assist their customers.

  They are completely incompetent. I had an auto loan and they failed to complete the registration. They will not assist and have not fixed the solution. I still don't have the registration 2 months later. They are absolutely horrible.

  Worst Customer Service I have dealt with any credit union treats their customers with no respect talk to a lady named amber was very unprofessional, would not recommend this bank to any one.
