  The customer service in the Drive-Thru was really good. There are a lot of lanes at this Bank, but don't let that fool you because this place can be super busy! I know the tellers inside are doing their best to get everyone through in a timely manner, but when it's a payday Friday at about 5:00, expect to wait quite a while in line. That is probably true with most banks during that time frame. One of the things I love about First financial Bank is they are open the latest out of any of the other banks in town.

  I have banked with First Financial since 2015. Recently I was on medical leave from work. It takes awhile to get any short term funds during the medical leave , and I was in a bad financial situation. Renee at the Fourteenth and Willis location made me feel heard and understood during this time. Her and her manager did an amazing job that I don't think I would have found at ANY other bank.   Staff is always friendly. Drive thru is always a bit slow, on any given day. On occasion when I make a transfer there have been some minor mistakes. (Like taking money from wrong account). Happened 3 times. Other then that I will continue to use this bank.

  I went trying to get the last $3.00 in my sons payee account the teller had to ask the manager I was trying to get a burger for my 21 year old son I could careless about me if I ate or not .So the teller told me the manger was giving me a $ 50.00 advance on our account that is an awesome manger....

  I'm not always available to do banking in person. The staff here always bend over backwards to help me. They go the extra mile and it is very much appreciated. Tammy helped me today and was extremely helpful. Thank you.
