      On occasion I have had multiple NSF fees due mostly due to medical bills. When this happens I go to the bank and explain the situation and they have always dropped all charges or at the very least dropped all but one.when I walk into the lobby I'm greeted by my name. The staff is always friendly and professional. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there have been njmernum times when there have been only one or two tellers available to take care of my business. This could be due to the time of day that I go to the lobby.

      Wouldn't ever recommend this bank. They like to say one thing and not honor it. And your account gets hacked way to much.
