  Joan at the Vidor Texas branch was a delight to work with she went above and beyond to help me with my needs. There was an issue with this situation and she spent extra time to help me out, found a solution. This type of customer service is hard to find these days in my opinion so very much pleased. She is a true asset for DuGood

  Ms. Joan Noble works at the Vidor branch of DuGood Credit Union. I needed a loan for some home improvements and she went :"above and beyond " . She not only refinanced my car,but that left me with not enough to do the job, she helped me get the rest and a little more. They have always been there when I needed them but the entire staff are very friendly and helpful.

  I love this Branch of Du Good Credit Union in Vidor TX. The Branch Manager is the best,and Connie They know my name and help me as I walk through the door it's more like my family bank .with my bill pay every month. I would suggest this branch and bank to anyone considering a new Credit Union...I thank them for being my bank for over 9 yrs..

  Went in for a reduced rate on a personal loan, they blew that out of the water! Then Joan Nale saw my vehicle loan and thought she could maybe get a better rate on that as well, and boy did she get a lower rate! Dropped my rate 5% on the vehicle and 6% on the personal loan! I would highly recommend working with DuGood!

  Poor customer service in regards to making a human error. Spent 50¢ too much on a Sunday unknowingly and was immediately charged an overdraft fee. Not willing to allow me to put that money in the bank to even avoid a fee. Can't wait to close the account!

  AWFUL. I have never been able to use (login to)online banking and no one could find out why, what was wrong or how to fix it. Then I could never check my account balance over the phone through their automated service. I also can NEVER get my card to work in their ATM. We have already switched one account to mobil oil and will be switching all others.

  Terrible customer service, refused to make our deposited check available for over a week. Definitely gonna go to mobiloil cu in vidor. I recommend not using this bank at all managers won't work with you
