  Purchased my 2nd Cadillac from this dealer just recently, (1/24/2020). 1. Anthony Stanforth and Jason Vanover ensured my experience was completely in line with the Cadillac Brand. Smooth, easy, no hard (or soft) sales tactics. They listened to my input, put together the best package for me, and NOT for the dealer. 2. This place is class. From the moment you pull into the parking lot, up to the minute you leave, this is what a "Cadillac" experience is all about. 3. Service Department is tiers above any I have ever dealt with. Milt is the man. 4. I will never own anything other than a Cadillac.

  Walt was great! I was shopping for a used car and had my eye on a Mazda at Capitol Cadillac. Walt came out to greet me and let me check out the car without any salesman pressure. I was concerned about a dent/hole in the polyurethane cover above the front grill and left to check out other Mazda’s I had seen. After looking elsewhere, I decided I would get the Mazda here if the front got fixed, so I made an appointment with Walt, and before I even had the chance to ask them if they could fix it, he said he was going to order the part and fix it for me! I was so surprised that I didn’t even have to negotiate that, especially after talking to other dealerships. Bottom line, if you want to work with someone who honestly cares about what you want in a car, and will do his best to make you happy, go see Walt!

  Traded in my "17 CTS on a "18 XT5, just needed a little more room. My salesman, Jason, and his sales manager Kyle were both very concerned in my needs, and ultimately made a good deal. I was already used to the good service in the service department, and now see that it is the same on the sales floor.

  You handled everything I asked for plus put a whole new "showroom look" to the car. I loved it. I was attentively listened to, was able to get my car in on the MLK Holiday only calling a few hours ahead. I got a really nice loaner but when a hiccup happened that my apartment keys were locked in the center console because the valet code didn't work, this got fixed rapidly when I picked my car up. In 10 minutes the items were retrieved and I was on my way as fast as possible. Also, the molding that was defective at the time I got the car was beautifully replaced. Your guys did some fine work. There were road tar markings on some parts of the body of the car and these were handled. It doesn't just look great, it looks beautiful. Thanks VERY much. We'll be doing more business down the road when I get my next Cadillac.

  I bought a Cadillac Escalade esv last Friday 2/17. The sales family was amazing! the used-car sales man was honest and fair in the price he was able to give me for my Honda van. the finance manager want above and beyond to get us an interest rate and loan payment that was not too outrageous. and last but not least, Walt our sales man was just perfect! he was helpful and friendly! Over all I am extremely satisfied with the staff at Cadillac of Dublin!

  Had a great experience dealing with Jeff and Walt, found a truck on autotrader and liked it expediently. Being military in New York, and having my family help me locally through the process, the team really helped me and my family get a good deal that was good for all of us, and also give me the piece of mind in buying a vehicle i actually never drove. Thanks again and i will definitely recommend to friends and family!

  Service department sucks. Took a used car there for an inspection, I was pointing out more things wrong with the car than the tech was. They knew nothing about the car or what to look for. Service adviser was unhelpful and borderline rude. I paid for the inspection, but they refused to see why the airbag light was on without paying more money. The adviser printed the vehicle information from GM, and it listed "special coverage", which I tried to tell them was for the airbag light, but he would not investigate further or contact GM. My advice: Go to Germain. They looked up the special coverage and scheduled/completed the repair no questions asked, hassle free. Protip here Capitol: when someone comes in for a car inspection, they are considering buying a vehicle they may bring back to you for service. You should be both nice and helpful so they'll come back to you. I sure won't be coming back for sales or service.

  Took my Cadillac CTS here to see why the fan was running for extended periods after driving. Technicians looked at it in a timely manner and were able to identify the issue as a leaking water pump. There was a mistake on the final bill, but once the service department folks (Chris) became aware of the issue, she went above and beyond to fixed the problem. They will have my business for years to come.

  Worst. Worst. Worst. Have owned 6 Cadillac's, Dealt with numerous dealerships. This place makes me think I am never going to buy another Cadillac. Had an appointment today to fix a minor problem, they had the car four hours and said, sorry, we didn't have a chance to get to it. We're very busy. Ya know what?!? I'm very busy too! Took a day off work to drop this car off! Done! They are the worst!

  "Bought" my car in June but didnt get it signed until November because they switched finance managers during my purchase (Calvin to David) AND my salesman left during the same time only to tell me "they are doing some shady things, that's why I had to get out." I made one car payment durning the time I had but didnt legally own the car that didnt even go towards the car and Davids response was "It was for floating you the car for 6 months." I didn't get two keys with my car like I was promised and they said "just say we did did file a claim to get your second." I have EVERY single restructured contract they had me sign which was like 6 contracts. My second time buying a car, 6th time I was apart of the car buying process and it was the ABSOLUTE WORST 5 months dealing with these liars. I HOPE my car never has and problems while I have it so I NEVER have to return to that dealerships. The only thing I was decently impressed with was the black gentleman in charge of repairs. Got a nail in my tire and I had to make an appointment but he just went ahead and got my tire repaired.
