  Let be honest First Federal gets it, but the ladies at the counter make sure to go above and beyond. If you are looking for a local bank this is your place. I constantly refer people to look into this bank, because of the customer service and how easy it is to bank here. This goes for both Beaufort area Branches. Also enjoy the picture of the awesome chandelier inside the lobby.

  The Best Banking Experience I Ever Had! I was looking to set up a new business checking account online and called First Federal Bank to see if they had that option. I spoke with Alexise and she said she could do it all for me right on the phone. She asked me questions and then asked me to email my business documents, which I did immediately. I then went to the branch that was 5 miles from my home and signed the docs and was done. It took less than 15 minutes. My last experience was with Chase Bank and it took about 4 hours to set up my business account. I also met with Matt Richardson regarding a loan to get my business back up in my new home state which I had to close down because of Covid. I had questions regarding the SBA and other loan assistance for Covid that he said he would investigate and come up with a solution for me. He sent me an email requesting necessary info on my business and personal financial situation which I emailed back and responded immediately that he was working on it for me. I love this bank and believe they really love what they do and work towards the total interest of their clients. I highly recommend First Federal Bank in Port Royal, SC to everyone. Like I said, it was the best banking experience I have ever had.
