  We cannot recommend our bank highly enough! They are extremely helpful and, courteous professional, professional, and expedient. They took the time to meet our needs in a very specific, long-term focused manner. In this age of online banking, we continue to recommend our bank for its local attention to detail and our ability to sit down with people face-to-face while still having access to tech based banking solutions.

  The staff at the Lady’s Island branch of FFB has always been exceptional. There are many that I could mention but Debbie, Renee, Bobby and Kim stand out and they always seem to go that extra step I’ve called Debbie several times while out of town and always she is able to take care of my requests. Banks in the Beaufort area are a dime a dozen, but you will receive the best service here as they really know how to treat their customers. Highly recommended. Been with them from day one.

  My husband and I have always been pleased by the helpful and courteous staff at First Federal Bank on Ladys Island. They go out of their way to accommodate their clients needs. It is great to have a hometown bank that can meet all our banking needs. It’s a great financial find in our town.

  I have been a loyal customer of First Federal Bank since the early days when they were Lowcountry National Bank and then CBC National. Happily - and of high importance to me - throughout these transitions, many of the faces have remained the same in Beaufort/Lady's Island, and the bank still retains its friendly hometown flavor. You can expect to be greeted warmly and to have your business concerns addressed in a competent and professional manner with a personal touch.   April 15, 2022 We have been customers of the bank that is located at 36 Sea Island Parkway for 22 years. Since April of 2004, that bank has changed ownership and management several times. AND YES I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE BANK!! Allow me to explain the reason. Her name is Debbie Mattox. Debbie has the character traits of both intelligence and integrity. Her educational background includes a banking expertise and for 22 years we have had the privilege of calling her “our banker.” In addition we have recommended her to others moving to the Lowcountry area. Debbie serves all these customers with her extensive banking knowledge, with courtesy, with kindness, and with promptness. I will continue to recommended her to new folks coming to our beautiful area. Thank you for allowing me to comment on your bank.

  I have been banking with First Federal for over 2 decades now, and never felt the desire to bank anywhere else. There is no comparison to the customer service. From the tellers to the bank managers , they respond immediately to my questions or concerns. I will continue to recommend this bank to friends and family .

  Debbie Mattox is so delightful to work with. We setup a new business account yesterday and she efficiently went through all of the setup with us so that we were ready to go. We still have one missing piece of information she needs but she made sure all else was ready and we could send the missing info to her electronically. Great service.

  Always professional, efficient, and very amiable service. The entire staff at the Lady’s Island branch seems to know all the customers and everyone is smiling and seems genuinely happy to be working there. Helpful, no-pressure advice about investment and other services. A pleasure to bank here
