  Just walked out of Beaufort Lending with a 2.33 25yr mortgage after a refinance. This process started on February 11, 2021 and 15 days later we have closed. The team of Beaufort Lending and the Weeks and Irvine law firm worked amazingly around my work schedule to get me everything I needed. I am happy to promote them to anyone! This is not the first time working with this group (they helped with my first home) and will not be my last! Thank you team for everything!

  I could not have asked for a better lending team. Beaufort Lending will always be at the top of my list! My pre-approval was quick and as a result of my loan having special circumstances we were still able to close within limits. Jonny worked very hard to make sure all documents were in order and submitted in a timely manner.   We were almost ready to refinance with another local company when I heard a Beaufort Lending advertisement on the radio. Received a 0.5% lower rate than other finance companies I worked with previously. Closing only took 11 days form my first call and no appraiser was needed. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend Benji if your looking to buy or refinance.

  Beaufort Lending did an excellent job refining my home loan. Over the course of my life I have finced and refinance numerous mortgages and can say, without a doubt, this was the best experience I have had with a mortgage lender.   If you are a Veteran and looking to purchase a house or refi your house, there is no better place to go in the whole state of South Carolina! Ben and the team were absolutely phenomenal on my last 2 loans I did with them. I purchased a house last year in march and the process was so smooth as it was the first time I ever purchased a house. We closed the loan in a few weeks and it was so easy and simple he removed every worry I had going into it. Last month Ben had emailed me that rates are amazing and that he could save me hundreds of dollars by doing a refinance which we ultimately ended up doing and thank God we did! He even went out of his way to send me a Happy Birthday email and this is why I am writing him this review. 5 star service and if i could I would give him a million stars! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!   Ed & Angela G. Recently we were referred to Beaufort Lending by a neighbor in reference to a refi.. Some times you question if you are getting the correct partner, well this time we hit the jackpot. We started dealing with Benji and in amatter of approximately 3 weeks we closed on our refi..We tried a bank we had a HEA with for 10 years to no avail. They wanted us to jump thru hoops and their time period was out of the question. Dealing with Benji was a total professional experience and a pleasure to deal with.
