  In a world of indifferent corporations First Federal Bank offers great service and still offers a small town feel with a the benefits of a larger Bank. I do my banking with the Fuquay-Varina and Angier branch and I always feel like I am getting first rate service!!

  Last year when our large national bank was slow and unresponsive, a friend introduced me to First Federal Bank. They were responsive, caring, and as a result we were able to quality for our PPP loan in a matter of days. Any business owner who has survived the COVID craziness knows just how challenging the first few weeks and months were to everyone. Confusion reigned everywhere. The folks at First Federal were great and continue to support our business today. Hats off to everyone we have worked with and an special thank you to the Techniciaal Support Team. Most companies today do not want to speak to a person, they want to have you click and receive documentation or chat on line. The Technical Support Team recognized and understood the issues with the SBA portal and went above and beyond to help in any way possible. Mike Boone

  I was trying to stay local because I just moved to the area but the website seems to have issue after issue, the ATM after going for a week staright it never works, and the hours are Monday-Friday Closed for an hour lunch and no service on the weekends, this is not a BUISNESS friendly bank.

  Thank you for contacting us with your concerns. It appears a representative from the branch reached out to you and was able to assist you in getting you signed in to your Online Banking. We did have some issues with the ATM last week as it related to the printing of receipts, but our records do not show the ATM actually being offline at any point. The printing of receipts issue has since been resolved. We take great pride in offering our customers the best service possible in combination with technology to provide convenient alternatives.
