Nakisha Wardlow1This location is the slowest at everything. I was excited to open the account when I did open it but I'll be changing banks very very soon. I don't understand why this location is so slow at making a deposit, calling the next customer, and with general everyday transactions.

Bobbie McPherson1This location profiles their customers…been with since 2018/19 and for the 1st time they need to put hold on check 🤔🤔. I won’t be surprised if I was new customers or if I had never deposited from company but I e been making check deposits from same company since I open my account. SMH…FIND ANOTHER BANK PEOPLE!!!

Jennie Cuevas5I have been banking with 1st Conveninece sice 2016 and I never had any problem. The only problem I have is my own trying to manage my acct especially when you loose your job and you dont have any other choice but use your Over Draft to pay bills and food. Its what I am going thru right now. But eventually it will be back to normal.. i Love this Bank and the people who works there. Like Elena, Carlos, Carringron, and the rest of the Team. I Love them like they are my Family. . Thank you for always being there for me when I.need you.

Wendy Beth Glass1I have been with this bank for about 4 1/2 years and after today's experience I am very skeptical about the bank. The banks system malfunctioned after I made a deposit and put me in the negatives. So, I took money from another account to cover the negative amounts from both accounts. I got the money that I deposited back but the money I used to cover the negative they will not give back. If something isnti working properly they need to tell the customers this and prepare them. I have never overdrawn my accounts and not happy. I really hope the district manager sees this and all management and also if you say you are going to call the customer back then do what you say because now I can't trust you. I also forgot to mention that after speaking to 3 people at the customer service number they all could not see the deposit the account and the manager also seemed bothered and at first was only going to refund 50.00 but after I heard this, I told them no you will deposit back everything. Well....let's see what happens in the morning. Hopefully, I won't have to write another review.

Brandon Gaffney1Don't use this bank at all !! I chose to use them cuz they're open 7 days a week. There's been tons of errors on my account left and right and in-store they can't do anything so they tell you to call customer service. plan on waiting at least an hour almost every time and then telling it'll just make requests for it and never anything gets done. I'm out over $200 in random fees that shouldn't be there and they say they'll make a request for them to be refunded never happens!!!! you call back in and ask what happened with the reques and they don't have record of it even being done and tell you they will make another one. Basically just up get you off the phone. I'll be closing all my accounts today

This bank, the whole team, make sure all your needs are met, espicially the asst, mgr, Eric Trevivo, he answers every single question, that I have and explains what I might not understand.. I love when I ask him questions of any sort he knows with confidence, which makes me feel very secure with all my banking needs. Dillon Reezy1Terrible bank they don't even have a option to speak with a Agent and my card quit letting me Uber and use Lyft out of no where so it's been hard getting to work. DO NOT USE THIS BANK toooooo many complications
