  I called prior to going in to see if they took printers. I talked to a man on the phone he advised yeah as long as its never been used and still in the box. I told him the box has been opened but its never been used and I had all the manuals in stuff as well in the box. He told me to come in and he will take a look. I get there and there was a man and women up front who then told me they did not take printers. The man asked me what it was I let him know a printer he then told me they did not take them. I advised that I haf just called and I was told yo bring it it. I let them know I talked to someone on the phone they told me maybe it was a different location. I said ok walled to my car and called the number again a women picked up I asked was it the country club location. She said yes you just left here my manager just called and said he saw you coming in he said he spoke to you on the phone and told you if it had never been open and then goes to say they only would give may be 5 or 10$. I let her know that I was clear on the the phone that the box was opened but it was never used all she could say is she is going but what her manager told her. I'm not upset they didn't take it its the fact that I was clear on the phone when I spoke to the man that the box was opened and that's beside the fact that they don't take printers any way so its the fact you wasted my time .
