      Atm is horrible and rarely works. I’m being investigated because the atm was “working” but didn’t dispense any money. More often then not it’s always some problems with it. What’s the point of having one of its not going to work and cause all of this trouble.

      Went to valley ranch location today at 430 pm it was shut down everything off says its open till 6pm terrible after I drove all the way

      DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE THEY CHARGE YOU 40$ for overdraft and 40$ for other fee if you overdraft 15$ in monthly payment if you don’t receive a monthly deposit

      Horrible service! Denied to cash my government check (without an account) because past of 30 days. They can't even charge me a fee for cashing it. Manager disapproved - worst service!

      Manger sits in office staring at the line with only one teller working and not coming out to say nothing. Not thank you for your patience we will be with you momentarily not nothing. Not a good skill to have as manager.

      Claimed they couldn't provide a service after they told me they could the day before. Drove to their other brance six minutes away and they provided the service. They are rather unprofessional at this branch and at times they are just rude!

      They no longer open on Sundays and I haven't updated the schedule on the internet... This bank is definitely for lazy people apart from those who don't work on a Sunday during the week, they open at 10 when they open, there is already a queue that ends up serving you 40 minutes later and they take their time very slowly 😅🙄
