  One stop shop! If you’re looking for quality items, fair prices and great service, this is the place for you. They helped me get everything I needed and more. Thank you to Oda for going above and beyond and for being so nice and patient with me. I was having a horrible day but she made it so much better and got me squared away and even put up with my sour attitude and managed to ease some of my frustration with a smile and awesome customer service! I recommend if you need a loan or to sell items quickly and with ease, stop in!

  Great if you work with Robert. The others, not so much. They offered me $25 for a musical item that retails for $130.00. Offered me $15 for keyboard stand that retails for $90. Took them back home and sold them for $60 and $50 on FB. I understand they need to make a profit, but as I told them when I refused their offer, "I'm desperate, but not stupid."

  The customer service was awesome! I believe her name is Oda. She was on point on every item that I wanted to buy. She’s respectful and intelligent! If I were you guys, I would go to her.   Standing there with my wife at the jewelry counter for over 15 minutes. I finally went up to the front to ask for help as I cannot get jewelry out of the case without an employee. The guy rudely said "We have a line we are busy" my wife heard him and immediately said LETS GO. We watched 6 people come in and leave while we were standing there waiting for assistance. They lost an 800$ sale today.

You will be glad to know after Wednesday we will be able to review what they said and how they said it. We have a new camera and sound system being installed.   I've always enjoyed coming to independent pawn to buy my tools and guns. They are always fair. I feel as if some of these reviews are unfair but hardly anyone leaves good reviews anymore. I have been a customer for 10 years and have always received good deals, nothing is hidden they require retails tags on all of their merchandise and they buy a lot brand new. The owner is always respectful when I catch him. They will always have my business. -Greg

  I've been there a few time to pawn items, and have usually had a pretty good experience, but apparently no one there is interested in answering the phone or talking to any customer over the phone. What is the point of having your store number posted if you're either not going to answer it, or answer it, then say your with a customer and someone will be right with you, then hang up... I'm not saying this place is terrible, but the customer service certainly is.

  I've been doing business with Independent Pawn for many years. My wife and I have bought many Guns from this store. The staff has always been really helpful and professional. The Owner, Jason is a great guy. Overall happy with all of my experiences here!

  I’ve been to this pawn shop on several occasions and each time I was not happy. To sell a laptop, they only gave me 25% Of the lowest used price on eBay, which seems like what they do for any item you want to pawn or sell. To buy an item, a lot of times they have used items listed for the same or more as other store prices, and they never update them for when prices permanently drop in other stores. For guns, I’ve seen guns they have go for lower elsewhere, like Academy, Thunder and Shoot Point Blank. Right now, they don’t have a big selection of guns either. You want guns? Go to Shoot Point Blank. They’ll have guns. They have the biggest selection right now. Maybe Carter’s Country too. But this place, no. Do not recommend.

  I love this place! Kaitlyn has always been beyond helpful. She knows about virtually everything in the store, especially jewelry. Everything I've bought has been brand new or very gentle used, but for a fraction of what it would cost retail. I've bought on layaway. Planning ahead w/lay-a-way allows me to buy much nicer gifts for my boys! I've also sold & pawned (desperate times we all have!) items & know they are always giving me a fair price.
