  Trying to change the name on my account. I am working anytime that their office is open so I called 2 months ago to schedule an appointment on a day I had off. Was assured my now husband would not need to be at the appointment with me since he would still be working today. I arrive at the scheduled time - the lady that checked me in looked like she had no idea how to do her job or any of the processes, and tells me to go sit. They then let someone else go before me. Then comes back almost let’s someone else go in front of me until I said I was there before them. Turns out I was never checked in and had to give my name again. Then they tell me I can’t even change my name on any of the accounts even the one I have with just me on them. Should’ve told me when I first asked via phone before even making the appointment that we would both need to be there. Waste of time.

  Feels like this place is closed more than it is open. At least a dozen times since they have opened I came to find a sign that says “due to unforeseen circumstances we are closed”. It happened so much they hade a nice professional sign made to put up. Response to their reply: I shouldn’t have to follow a bank’s social media to find out when they are open or not. They should be open at the posted times on the door?!?

  I was in a line for more than 30 minutes it can't be possible that they only have only one person attending this place it's the worst on a Saturday and I wasting my time wanting to get money

  This place is a joke hire some people that know what they are doing having to wait till the bank closes just to get seen and be told they can do anything for me and I'm a bank of america member don't go here don't bank with them all I gotta say they are all a joke

  Always long waits, even though 3 or more employees in the teller enclosed window area, only 2 actively taking customers and 1 of those 2 not working with a customer. Yikes!! Clearly BOA doesn't prioritize customers that are physically in the building. Other employees in offices ,no assist provided

  I’ve banked with Bank Of America for years and they’re a good bank but this branch is closed for some reason on Mondays and Tuesday while all other branches are open during these days. It’s really inconvenient for locals in the area who need to go inside on Monday’s & Tuesdays... Update: They finally updated there business hours to where they are open Monday-Saturday which is much more considerate to people’s busy schedules. (I’m changing this review from 1 star to 4 stars)

  Worst branch to do business in, kingwood is the branch to go. Don’t waste your time going there Denied a withdrawal because “Wire transfer might be canceled” after the money was available in my account

  I’m a non costumer and came in to bank to cash a check for 5,000 and the told me that they can not cash my check because of escuse worst bank ever don’t use this bank and I waited 1 hour

  They never have change or whoever is in charge of giving change isn’t there. Someone else needs to be able to take over when an employee calls in. Please figure it out!

  I never made any transfers and when I tried to fix it the person I was talking to hung up and nothing was done not even give me my money back because I know I never made any transfers and the transfer didn't even have a proper name or description or any details about it.
