First Convenience Bank Reviews

Roslyn Chaney1This bank gets 0 stars. At the 2525 I20 branch they refused to deposit my check. They lied and said they could not verify when the number was on the back of the check to verify. Refused to put a hold on check as well. By the way it was a Texas comptroller of public account which should have been treated as a government check. I have been a member of this bank for more than 10 years. This is a total digrace!!!

Christopher Janssen4The number of First Convenience Banks has been dwindling, as far as I can tell. I have been a customer since 2004 . I was surprised and dismayed that the branch, most convenient to me , disappeared in what seemed to be overnight..., not even the ATM remains . Now, this branch, a little less convenient to me, has become the closest. I use the on-line banking , which is most handy and convenient. It has improved a lot through the years, as I travelled and spent long periods of time away from the state. On the occasions that I need to physically be at the bank , I allow an extra 15 minutes, because it seems like the personnel at this branch are perpetually in training. My advice is to be patient and courteous when using the services of this branch.

Haidar Alabedy1I'm only giving this branch a one star because I can't give zero stars. They have the worst customer service. I arrived there at 6:22pm and they're supposed to close at 7:00pm. The bank teller didn't help me out and told me they're closed. When I tried reasoning with her she wouldn't have it and told me to come back another time. I drove almost half an hour after work.

Allison Bradley2Definitely nothing convenient about this bank. Also says they close at 7pm on here so I show up at 6:10 and they said they close at 6. Someone needs to update it because I see another review with the same problem. Waisting my time and gas driving up here.

Darlene Brewer1One particular employee was mad she had to wait on me she was sitting down texting on her phone. Another employee told me to go to her she looked at me as if why are you here! Will not go back to this bank !

CosForAlarmCosplay4Line was pretty long and there were only 2 clerks working on the first day of the month. They kept apologizing for the wait and said they would get to us all as fast as possible.

jordan hintz1The people that work at this location are rude and disrespectful. This is the worst location I hve ever been to. Even if someone is high risk for health they don't care at all. No sense of common decency to a fellow human.

Rena Arms5I too have used this bank for 15 years. No problem, friendly professional staff.
