Courteney Kawalek5Went to this branch location to change my last name. They were very busy when I got there but I was quickly seen as I had made an appointment online. Was helped by Miguel Flores - the name change was very quick and easy. He even contacted my credit card companies and auto loan company to get the name changed process started with them. Very happy with my experience. Definitely request Miguel if you need to see a banker!

Jeb Stuart1This is the absolute worst Chase Bank anywhere. I went to cash a $70 check from drawn on Chase Bank, at the driveup. It took then 15 minutes to complete this after saying good morning. Another time they had one teller working, while the lines were backed up out the door. No customer service what so ever. I fhtye closed this branch I would drive all the way in to town to do business no Problem. Thats how bad they suck!

Beauty'N'TheBibleTV Audrey B1I hate going to this bank. I live so close to it but would rather drive miles to another bank just to avoid the horrific customer service. I came early enough in the morning when they were not busy to get a replacement card and waited for an unnecessary long period of time while a few representatives were sitting at their desks with no customers. Wow! Finally a rep by the name of Rose who seemingly acted like she hated her job assisted me. When I asked her about why I couldn't replace the card via the 1800 number, she told me about a change to my account that actually was Chase' error and then had the blatant audacity to become argumentative when I questioned her about it. Speaking to the manager was a joke as well. She definitely didn't smooth the situation and made me feel as if my complaint about poor customer service was just a waste of time. She stated if I ever change my mind about customer service to let her know. What an idiotic statement to make. The objective would be the way they treat their customers and change it! This bank has went to the dogs. The former staff knew me by name and it was very enjoyable to stop by and get my banking needs addressed; now with new management and completely new staff they downgrade the whole customer service experience. Oh by the way, they will say "hello" to you while they leave you waiting forever as they do nothing.

Rocio Baltrell1Just horrible experience, my mom went over to drop off 4 deposits and the teller didnt say anything, no hi oR how you doing, When she gave her the receipt, she told her she can only do 3 deposit at the drive through. The thing is she didnt say that from the beginning, if she would of said something, my mom would of gone inside. However, she took longer then expected because she had to get in line again. She is a black girl, we didnt get a name, but of you dont like your job, why be there.

Miss Cocoa1The worst customer service and banking ever. I went in to cash a $30 check that they did not process in system correctly or even scan the image. I have to wait over ten days for them to verify the check and I’m a college student. I’ve talked to manager and bankers ALL WERE EXTREMELY RUDE. I’m going back to Wells Fargo where the customer service and banking is definitely above the rest! Instead of Chase treating you like a valued customer they treat you like a criminal then had the nerve to charge me 4.75 for a service charge. Yeah right what a joke. The worst banking experiences I’ve ever received. I’m definitely closing this account soon as the $30 check clears.

Allison Keng2I have been a banker with chase for years. Tried to deposit a check today and the girl at the front (Alexis) who is supposed to help direct you was very adamant that I couldn’t deposit my check here. She stopped me and told me I couldn’t deposit the check because I wasn’t on the check, but it is my husband and I’s joint account and he had already signed the check. I just tried to get away from her and told her I would try to deposit the check with the teller anyways since I am on the account. Alexis followed me to the counter told me which teller I needed to talk to then went back to the teller to explained to her why I couldn’t deposit the check. Then Alexis went to the back room and told whoever was back there the same thing. The teller was then explaining that the check was fine to be deposited since I am on the account. Whoever Alexis spoke to in the back then was going back and forth with the teller to make sure what Alexis told her wasn’t true. The teller was nice and got it taken care of. I felt like I had to get past an interrogation to deposit a check into my own bank. I wish there was a different chase bank closer.

Linda Sanchez1Who would want an account with a financial institution that does not honor the checks you issue - this location in Grand Prairie is not the only branch that has failed to honor checks written by their own account holders. My spouse is a subcontractor so he frequently is issued checks to buy materials - and was told yesterday that it is their policy to not cash checks - was told they couldn't tell him why ??? I think their goal is to try and force you to open an account with them - personally I wouldn't do business with them period - going to call the manager when they open - not really expecting too much. You have choices and I would suggest you find out what their policy is - for honoring checks you write to individuals - accepting cash deposits - personally I feel they are taking things way too far and definitely lack what counts when it comes to customer service.

George Gamboa1The worst experience for a drive through I've EVER had. I literally waited in line for over an hour (10:40am-11:52am). I understand you only have 1 person in drive through, but if you see they're busy, then maybe you should use common sense and put someone there to help! I hate this location so much, the drive through people ALWAYS seem as if they don't care or have any sense of urgency. If I could choose 0 stars, I would!
