  To give some context, I was a first-time home buyer using the VA for a house in Killeen. The ladies at this location truly went above and beyond to help me manage every aspect of financing my purchase. Cyd West, Laura Martin, and Macy Sills were available around the clock to answer my odd and never-ending questions concerning my loan, appraisals, dealing with the title company, and even worked very closely with my realtor to make sure all bases were covered. (Not to mention my late night text message questions about community resources). I could not have anticipated a more caring, devoted, and knowledgeable team of ladies. 10/10 I would recommend this mortgage company to anyone, whether this is your first home or your 10th. They truly care that you walk away with the best loan option possible and ensure that all your needs are taken care of. To top it off, while I was self-moving loads of heavy furniture and appliances, Cyd stopped by with lunch and a gift card to bed, bath, and beyond for "those last minute sheets, cookware, and other things that are easy to forget!" I was amazed at the generosity and helpfulness of her and her team. Thank you so much, Ladies.
