  Buying a home can be a long and tedious process no matter how exciting it starts off. Towards the end of the process you are ready to just be done so you can begin enjoying your new home. Tanja and her team were with us every step of the way. They made sure we completed paperwork within allotted timelines, and answered questions anytime of the day or night. They truly were with us from start to finish.

  "We loved working with Fairway. Our loan officer Kevin on team Tanja was insanely responsive and willing to talk through things twice for us as we are first-time homebuyers. Tanja was also kind and the communication was EXCELLENT! I'd highly recommend using Fairway! Even during this insanely busy home-buying season, they made us a priority leading up to our closing in July 2021.

  We were first time home buyers and taken advantage of. They promised us a refinance in 6 months so not to worry about our rate. We were worried they would sell our mortgage to another company and we wouldn't get to take advantage of the free refi. Low and behold they sold it to another company in 3 months. Also we wanted to put a down payment and we were told to bring our checkbook to closing. The loan was already complete at that point and there was no changing it, so we had to finance all of our fees. Our realtor said she would not be recommending them anymore.

  Fairway Mortgage company is absolutely incredible! the staff was completely professional, had a Quick response to all my questions which made me more comfortable with the entire process, Just a very pleasant experience.   I honestly thought it would be a difficult and stressful process buying an out of state property but the team at Fairway made it so simple and easy.   I would recommend this company. They work fast and keep you updated on where they are at in the process. If you have questions they will answer them on the spot, or leave a message; they get right back to you. They are patient and kind. Love these people, they treated us like family.
