  I LOVE LOVE LOVE this bank!! Especially when Kayla W. Takes care of me! She very precise and ALWAYS goes over and beyond for ALL of my needs!!   I had a terrific experience today with Kayla and Robert. I got a car loan through a Credit Union. It was a bad decision. With the help of Kayla and Robert in Harker Heights/Temple, I don’t have to deal with the Credit Union again. Thank you so much!

  Very upset with my experience with this bank I have funds that I need released for a good reason and the supervisor is keeping it on hold for the whole 7 days I've never had this happen anywhere else and I'm being told different things

  The service I received yesterday setting up my account was exceptional. Josie helped get my account set up fast and easy. The tellers in the drive up lanes are very knowledgeable and the virtual machines help you do everything you need if the tellers are busy. So far so good
