  I love First Community, but I want to praise this location in particular (Champions on Louetta) for the work that Mr. Vincent and Mr. Logan went through in order to get me a credit card. My secure but rather unusual working conditions has made it impossible for me to get a credit card anywhere for over 3 years, making it practically impossible to improve my credit score. They fought for my application, added details to explain my situation and resubmitted it until it was approved. The same day it was approved, they let me know and I went over and picked it up. This is a great place to go when you need help on that extra mile. Way to go, ya'll!

  Veronica Villalba at the Champion location was so kind and helpful. I went in to get another debit card printed, and she gave me great insight, tips, and deals helping with my account and finances. A member forever ❤️

  Keaira is beyond amazing. I came in distraught with an issue and she took the time to listen and take care of me. I intended to close my account, but she helped me keep my account open. Keaira assisted me with services I did not know were available to me. She was patient, understanding and quickly resolved my issue. What made my experience better was Keaira calling to check on me. That call let me know Keaira is considerate and caring, and that I am more than just another open account for her. Thanks to Keaira I will continue my 20th year at First Community.

  I went into the Champions location for the first time, Ms. Patterson assist me. She was very professional, and knowledgeable of the product offer at the credit union I open a CD account and very pleased with the interest rate; I plan to tell my relatives and friends how wonderful the customer service at the Champions location.

  My sister and I had an amazing and super easy experience with Keaira and Raziel. So friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us in everything we needed. Keaira answered all of our questions and was really patient. We truly appreciate all their help!

  I financed a vehicle throught FFCU at the recomendation of the dealership. I have regretted it ever since. They bank like its 2001. The website is hot garbage, it took me THREE in person visits to set up auto payments from my bank account and if anything goes wrong you'll have to go to a branch again, wait 45 minutes to see a banker and hope they understood what they were doing and that it went throught. I cannot stress enough how terrible this bank is.
