  I agree with others - really like the credit union; but wish I could call my branch directly, instead of going through the call center. This sometimes causes long delays.

  Ridiculous that you can not find the phone number for the local branch. All calls are routed to a central location and at any given time there is more than an hour wait to be helped. After 30 minutes of being on hold and finally becoming the 11th caller in line I gave up. Taking my business elsewhere.

  I've always liked First community bank. I only have one complaint not being able to call my branch directly. But all in all I love it.

  First community has not failed me yet, any money I deposit shows in my account in less than a day, my check from work always arrives on time, & always get the help I need
