  I was seeking insight and advice on how to raise my credit score, and since I am a member of First Community Credit Union, my husband suggested I go in and speak to them. This was the best move I could've made! We spoke with Eric Vasquez there who counseled us on ways to improve my credit, including getting a credit card with a higher credit limit and refinancing my car at a (much) lower interest rate. He helped us secure both of those during that visit, saving me several thousand dollars in interest in my refinance. This will allow me to pay off my car loan quicker and give a huge boost to my credit score! My husband and I left there feeling like we had won the lottery! Eric treated us as VIP and we can't say enough how thankful we are for the time he took to help us! We are loyal members for life!!

  Juan was amazing to work with! My husband and I both wanted to refinance our vehicles and from the start he was knowledgeable, professional and incredibly nice. His entire team was extremely helpful throughout the process as well and delivered our documents to us instantly. We have already referred him to many friends and family and have the utmost confidence that we will be using him in the future! We highly recommend Juan for anything you may need.

  Great experience with Juan. I've been a member with the bank for a while and I was in the market to buy another vehicle and wanted to check with CU to find if they could help me. The original person, Eddie was not very helpful. I left feeling under-served and a little bit upset and decided to call back and talk to the VP. I'm glad I did. Juan listened to what I wanted to do, apologized for my previous experience and worked to get my car loan approved. It was a bit of a hassle getting to the right vehicle, but once we did everything was super fast and easy. I would have given a 5 but we went to like 5 dealerships trying to get to a great vehicle. I really enjoyed working with Juan and I appreciate all that he did to help us.

  I would like to highly recommend First Community Credit Union. They are a well run organization that focuses on providing exceptional service and great rates. Juan Alatorre, in particular, has now helped me with financing two automobiles and an RV. The process couldn’t have been easier, his follow up and delivery of service is impeccable, and is genuinely interested in making a transaction go as smooth as possible.   What a great place to bank! Juan the manager is as good as it gets! He is one heck of a banker. He goes over and above to help you with your banking needs and issues. The Tellers have had wonderful attitudes and are eager to help you! I highly recommend First Community Credit Union at HEB for all of your banking needs!

  Juan and his team are great to work with on a regular basis. I’ve been with FCCU with business and personal accounts and loans for 5 years and signed my kids up for Red Ranger accounts years before that. The customer service is very personable, professional and prompt. Great job!!

  I have been a member of the FCCU at Fairfield, just off Mason Road since about 2013. I love the friendly staff at this location. I have stopped by the Barker Cypress location and received the same level of professional support. Alexia and Juan Alatorre have helped me over the years. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Always so friendly. I was pleased to recomend several family and friends to bank with FCCU. They have told me the same thing about this staff. This team values a high level of customer support and they care about the customers. I hope they will be around a long time.

  I took the incentives Ford Motor Credit offered and refinanced my truck here for a better interest rate. Logged on to their website to make the first payment, and they want a $15.00 “convenience” fee to pay on-line. The whole loan process was a debacle. I should have known better than to bank in a grocery store. Cy-Fair FCU matched their rate. Thanks for the deceptive business practice First Community, and for wasting my time!
