      This review went from awesome to pathetic. I had a problem and in error my account was overdrawn. First Community declined a deposit that was 4 times more than the overdraft amount. The bank was informed of the situation, informed of the direct deposit I had set up to correct this matter and the refuse to accept the deposit. So my awesome review turned to absolute disgust. All because of a loss of income because of the virus.

      This bank is awful I live pretty far away and I try to call and make my loan payments over the phone no one ever answers and if they do they transfer me and the other person doesn't pick up been trying to make my payment for a week now
