First Community Bank - Princeton Stafford Commons Reviews

Things and Stuff, R1Not good and I'm going to rant-sorry! My wife and I recently moved here for her position at Concord and needed a local bank. It has been nothing but issues, constantly having to get new ATM cards because they "automatically cancel" ???, and bad service. The tipping point recently was the lobby being closed and no one even acknowledging my existence in the drive thru lanes. Over 15 minutes of watching many other cars come after me, get handled, and go. I just wanted to make a quick deposit. Thank the GOOD LORD we were only testing the waters with this bank and did not transfer anything significant to them. After reading some of the weak reviews from others, I guess I should not have been surprised. What good is a bank where you can't bank?

Ronelle Noel (NoelGamingCinema)1It was very piss poor usually is when it comes to drive thru, but today same common issue, but opposite response from previous visits. It’s very frustrating when myself or my co workers come here on behalf of the clients we serve and take care of to cash their checks for them so they can receive the things they need after doing so. Today I was told by some old senile lady that our clients needed to make a squiggly line or just a plain line on their checks when prior visits here myself and other employees were told by employees from this bank that a complete signature needed to made . The two that I dealt with today did not have any common sense or human decency for my clients nor did they take the time to observe everything I had told them on behalf of my clients and job. I do not recommend anyone to bank with this First community in regards to this incident. It’s very clear that neither of them understood what a complete signature was. My bosses at our main office have had to call in The past due to this same issue and was reversed right after those phone calls in the past. It’s bad when the bankers who are serving walk in customers inside are performing 10x better than those running the drive thru. My take on this whole frustrating situation if you don’t understand the common simple things of banking you shouldn’t be there. This incident occurred this afternoon about 12:10
Response from the ownerDear Ronelle Noel: We are always concerned when we receive low ratings and a comment like this. I will make sure your comment gets to management. Sincerely, First Community Bank.

Timothy link5I had a quick wait time. The people who worked there where very helpful and friendly. When I messed up with my online banking while setting up my account I got help right away, just took a 30 second call to fix my issue. I'm currently very happy with this bank.
Response from the ownerDear Timothy link: We are always thrilled when we receive reviews and comments like this. Thank you. Sincerely, First Community Bank.

Cassandra Powell1Spend hours on hold for two months trying to get a hold of someone and no one answer not even answer messages from the bank app. Then the one day they answer don’t even try to help you out and then tell you someone will call back and what do you know don’t get a call back. You say covid is to blame for not answering but that is not a excuse.
Response from the ownerDear Cassandra Powell: We are always concerned when we get a low rating and comment like yours. Do you still need help? We know that our telephone system is failing. We are doing what we can at this time to correct some of the issues. Serving you is important to us. Here is our direct number to our call center:1-800-971-4671. Our call center hours are Monday - Friday, 7 am - 6 pm with Saturday hours of 8 am - 12:30 pm. This number will place you in line to speak with a Client Care Specialist. However, if you do not want to call, we encourage you to go to your branch and speak with the Branch Manager. While there, please share again your lack of service issue with the Branch Manager. All of our banks will be open as usual today. Sincerely, First Community Bank.

Anjelic Beatz5Always on point and fast. Easy to locate from the intersection on Stafford Dr. Dedicated two way drive thru ATM. Withdrawal and depositing available from the ATM. Plenty of parking, as well as multiple lanes to drive thru if you don’t feel the urge to go in.

April Harrington1Was there today. I seen some cars parked out front & people walk in so I thought they were open up. I figured I would go ahead & open me a checking account while I was there taking care of other business if they were open. I got out & went to the door & a lady with black hair was talking to an elderly lady so I waited. When I proceeded to ask her if they were still closed she just shut the door in my face & locked it. Finally got to the drive thru window after waiting forever then turned to look only to see 4 of the workers standing there talking to each other. I made the statement no wonder people can't get waited on. I started to say something about the door deal but I just let it go. Guess I will be opening my account at a different bank when they open back up. This is not the first time I have pulled up to the window & workers be standing there talking & leave you sitting. Don't even deserve one star in my opinion.
