      tellers will bend over backwards if they see you often. but FCB's slowww turnover rate for check deposits, closing of most of former DCB branches, inability to make inhouse or send debit cards quickly and phone app glitches are making me look for another bank. best of luck to the people that work there!

      I went to make a payment for my vehicle today for 273. I gave the the lady 280 in 20's. She said okay have a great day, I asked if "i may please have my change". She said "okay" amd gave me a sealed envelope with one dollar bill and one nickle in it. I guess i shouldve check it before i left, i assumed a banker would be able to count to $7. Not sure if she stole the other $6 or not but i would count your change at this bank. I think she was trying to steal the whole amount of the change but i caught her so she gave me 1 dollar. Very unprofessional
