      I used to love this bank, love the app and all that. But this switch over has been hellish and way too much for me. I moved and notified the post office of my move. The bank when switching over neverrrrrr sent me my bank card, I had to drive 4 hours away to come get it. Then they sent all my information and checks to my sisters address, like seriously? I’m just going to add that the new app is so confusing and literally sucks. Then on top of that I was never given any information about anything and I had to dig and dig myself to find out anything. So yeah the switch over was hell and I’m super disappointed....

      Love this bank! It’s been my bank for 2 yrs now. The tellers greet you by name upon entry! They are friendly, funny, and courteous. Christian, the teller at the window is the best and my absolute fave!

      They have been my bank since 2005. I've always been happy with them. Very personal service. They are about to First Bank ever not to irritate me, when you consider it's over 12 years that's pretty good.

      First Commonwealth Bank is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. When this bank was Santander.. I would receive my direct deposit at midnight Friday morning now I have to wait til 5am. I could send money to my girlfriend over the ap within mere seconds now it takes 1 to 2 business days.
