  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! If you need to apply for a loan please seek other options. This is not a company you want to deal with. Also please read the reviews because i am now seeing people with the same problems and issues. Please do your research before applying with this company!

  Very simply put it was a wonderful stress free experience. I arrived early for my appointment with Joe while he was at lunch. but others in the office worked with me until Joe returned and we finished the process It was a pleasure to see everyone working as a team to get the job done. Any future needs I may have I now know where to go and I will talk to friends to let them know what a great experience I had

  Every person in that office is rude and unprofessional. The manager, Teresa is the worst! We refinanced to get out of that office and their employee, Jennifer, gave our bank the wrong address on purpose so our cashiers check was late getting there and they harassed us one last time. Unfortunately for them our bank was smart and called them. Not to mention we were in the bank and they were on speaker with our loan officer present when they tried to lie and say they didn't give them the wrong address.

  Called them 2 weeks ago to try to get a loan to buy a house for cash its a 90k house that is offers to me for 25k i applyed for a loan for 25k using my credit and my girlfriend income and then called them and they sed they could give me 2,800 but if i have a nother co signer i could get up to 19k called them today will a co signer my sister and they re-applyed me for a loan and put me as no income and my sister as no income and took my girlfrend off the loan .making me look like i was trying to get a loan with no income so now they have hit my credit and can not do anything. The place is a joke and i hope any on that gets aloan from them takes the money and runs and they dont have a dam dime and have to close

  Do not do business with this office in Williamsport. They have one representative by the name of Jennifer who will make your life miserable. They do not allow you the grace period if you do not make the payment on the due date like most companies do; they begin to hound you right away and will call you 3 or 4 times a day. Its company harassment.

  Horrible to deal with in any levels just pay your loan off if you have one.
