  I really wish they wouldn’t close the branches near me. I opened an account with BB&T because they were convenient for me here and also in Florida, but now I am finding it not the bank I loved to use, driving miles to use it now

  Opened an account a month ago, have visited the ATM 3 times. Twice its been completely down (1/20 and 2/2), and once it told me I needed to speak to someone in the bank. The teller could find nothing wrong, so ????! Planning on switching banks. Not convenient. Oh look, can't sign up online either. Why are Williamsport businesses stuck in 1989?

  If I could choose zero I would. The corporation has a "no firearms" policy, and signs on the front door of every bank. Leaving this bank to go to one that respects my rights.

  This is the bank I use every week and they could use some lessons and customer service. Want to go through the drive-thru you do not get a high or a thank you or a good bye. The inside is just as bad. It seems like it's full of a bunch of people that hate their jobs.
