  I've only ever dealt with a couple people at this location. But if it's anything like the entire company, then I suggest everyone avoid. Make sure you ask questions about other providers; at the very least Fidelity, Schwab and Vanguard. Watch out for that double talk and "trust me" language.

  Someone tried selling me whole life insurance. That's all I needed to hear to know that they're not real financial advisors.

  I've had good experiences with First Command, they've helped me with meeting my financial goals. They're a full service financial office and they will offer a lot of advice and options for everything and they always do what I ask of them.

  This place really feels like a used car sales lot. Talking with the "advisors" here, it's much worse. They do everything they can to maximize fees and have no legitimate investing plans in place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

  Can some regulator please take a closer look at this company? The shifty salespeople here are ripping off veterans. Do your homework, use another financial planner

  every investment they recommend has WAY too many fees PLUS first command fees. why do they suggest funds with so many fees? i thought fund fees go to the managers of the fund, not advisors that recommend it. does anyone know the answer to this?

  After hopping around to several Financial Planning firms, we've finally found a home at First Command! It's so wonderful to have someone we can speak with face to face that we can trust, and we really enjoy being a part of the First Command family and all the fun events! Highly recommend!
