  Just as in my last two refi's Brady and his team made the process very simple and smooth. Answered any questions in a timely manner and were very easy to work with as why i came back for a third time.

  This is the third time we have used First Class Mortgage, and each experience has been great. They are super helpful in explaining everything and answering questions, and their customer service in keeping you informed and being there to answer your calls, etc is wonderful. We have a great rate but if they ever go lower, we'll be back!

  We worked with Jolene and Brady for our new home purchase, and the process could not have gone smoother! They communicated with us the entire time, and were always there to answer all my questions.   Our experience with Brady and his team was fantastic! As first time home buyers we were a bit unfamiliar with the whole home buying process, but the team at First Class made the purchase a lot less stressful by guiding us through everything!   I first heard about First Class Mortgage from a friend (who is a Marine) while playing golf. He explained to me how Casey Van Winkle really took care of him. Being an Air Force Vet trying to decide whether or not to refi my VA loan (which I had just done 9 months ago with Rocket Mortgage) , I gave him a call. There was no "fill out these forms and I'll get back to you". He explained everything in detail (pilots like details). If a question came up , it was promptly answered by Casey and his crew. Very smooth , start to finish. Highly recommend them.
