      A person was trying to get my debit card information. So, I had to cancel out my old one and get a new card. I am from Illinois. The banks out there will issue you a debit card right there. I had to wait for a week in a half. the associates act like they didn't care. I never been to a bank or credit union like this. They suppose to make sure you have a temporary debit card.

We do have rush shipping options available as well as prepaid Visa gift cards as alternative options and we do apologize if you were not made aware of those. We also have it on our roadmap to provide more options in the future so that members may not have to wait for a debit card in the mail.       My husband and I have taken a couple loans out here and have refinanced. The loan officers, especially Lindsay Gaumer provide great customer service, are helpful in exploring options, fast and efficient. Highly recommend!

      Maggie was great! We refinanced our current vehicles and bought new. The whole process was positive and stress free. Maggie took all my calls and questions gracefully and didn't get annoyed ;) will definitely do more business with first class!

      I've banked here for many years, and although I moved most of my day to day transactions to an online bank, I still hold multiple loans with FCCU. I recently worked with Lindsay on getting a personal loan, and she was kind, understanding, and willing to help in any way possible. She and Lisa went above and beyond to help me with my request, and these relationships are why I'll continue to be a member for years to come!

      The staff is always polite and helpful. I have 2 very active toddlers and today, a young lady that worked there gave them little footballs and kept them entertained while I completed my transaction. Best help ever. So appreciated. My boys enjoyed those few minutes and customer service was wonderful....as usual!!!

      This place should be called NO CLASS credit union. I've been paying on a loan with them for 3+ years. It's impossible to reach anyone by phone at the local branch, there is only 1 ATM, that is in service about half the time. I wanted to close my checking account and was emailed a form from a donotreply email address, and was expected to FAX a copy in to get the account closed. This place is doing business in 1999 still and needs to be shut down. Taking advantage of low income families. Their mobile app is absolute trash, it will update, and sign you out, requiring you to reset your password. Countless automated phone calls regarding fruad when you purchase anything online. They will hold your account for the dumbest reasons. This fraudulent bank should be ashamed of themselves. And no I will not remove my right to freely speak about unfair business practice.

We've have recently attempted to communicate with you, and will do everything possible to work with you, and will continue to take steps to assist you in ways that most “banks” would not. Some of your information is inaccurate, however. We do not require members to send a fax in order to close their checking account - the account simply needs to be in good standing, and we do require proper identification for your protection. We accept several forms of communications from our members including mail, email, in-person, DocuSign, etc. The fraud detection calls are to protect you and your accounts, which is incredibly important to us! And we have hundreds of members who would attest to the fact that we are CHAMPIONS of low income families! As a credit union, that's what we do. We're happy to have a conversation with you about this again, but request that you remove this inaccurate, unfair review

      We banked with them for many years. We were pretty loyal to them till about a year ago. We since have found a wonderful credit union that exceeds our expectations. No class turned into a Wells Fargo.
