  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Had a fantastic experience getting a car loan here. All of my questions were answered and I was able to set up a new savings account as well! Abbie made it all super easy and she was quick to answer all my questions. I will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend.

  My husband and I recently opened an account at Financial Plus Credit Union with Nichole and we were treated like family. She met all of our immediate needs quickly and enhanced our experience by setting us up with online banking. We were in awe of her skill set… kind, compassionate, quick, member-centered, thoughtful, well-rounded, good-natured, intelligent, wise, reliable and fun to be around! Thanks for EVERYTHING you did for us. We noticed the extra effort.

  I am only giving a 1 star simply because I have never been denied opening a checking account because of my credit. Doesn't matter why my credit is bad, what has happened to me this past year to make me fall on hard times to have my credit go way dow..down... nope not opening a checking account here. My son literally has no score and can't get an account either. Sorry you have now lost two customers and maybe more because I will tell everyone not to go to your establishment. The lady was pleasant though.

  Hello Allyson, we do apologize that you were denied a checking account with our credit union. While we understand your frustration, we do have a minimum credit score for opening a checking account. We would be happy to establish a savings account for you and review your credit again in the future. There will be an adverse action mailed to you and if you’d like a copy of your credit report, we’d be happy to offer that to you as well. Each of our locations has a financial coach, if you’d like to sit down with one of them to review your report.

  The refinance process with Financial Plus Credit Union was very easy and it was a pleasure working with all the staff. We received an Amazon gift card during their special promotion. We used the gift card for our daughter's dance recital tutu. We had enough money to surprise our other two daughters with matching ones. Every time they wear them, we think about the great service we received.

  Allison was so helpful during a stressful Saturday morning with a lobby of customers. With the shortage of employees, she was assisting us while also training a new employee who was assisting an elderly woman with a mask on, so difficult to hear. Allison had a positive attitude and efficiently maintained our accounts.

  I have been a member of financial plus for close to 30 years. Recently, I purchased a vehicle and used another lender for financing due to rate, however Diana reached out to me and matched my rate, keeping my business with the credit union. Wow! I was so impressed with her efforts and follow up. No need to look elsewhere FPCU will always have my business. Thank you Diana!

  Disappointed and shamed... Two words that I would use to describe my experience at this institution and with Erik Abrahamzon, one of the loan officers there. I provided all documentation needed and was told because of a few issues in my past with late payments that I was a "high risk ". I was made to feel inadequate and shamed despite all of my efforts to get my credit on track. I will not be doing business here again under any circumstances and will share my experience with Financial Plus with friends and family.

  I really enjoy working with FPCU. They made refinancing our mortgage super simple and we got a great rate. Eric and Kim are always very helpful and responsive, which is something I appreciate so much. Knowing my mortgage is in good hands with FPCU puts my mind at ease.

  I have been a member of this credit union for over 25 years - the staff is stable and always focused on providing an excellent experience. This week I applied for a car loan and the response was remarkable - they were fast, asked great questions, providing other options that may help me as well - thank you Joya for a fantastic experience.
