  What a joke they say they are in no way affiliated with Dupaco credit union but they hold it against you if you have a loan through Dupaco. Don much for home Improvement now. That is for NOTHING SAM AT FIRSTCLASS CREDIT UNION.they are only 1 block from my house so the convenience would have been great. Not to mention my credit score is awesome. You probably coulndt get a loan here with an 800 credit score. NEVER WILL I COME BACK GERE FOR ANYTHING. And I’m new to the area wanted to try them out.

  I worked with Jill J on a consolidation and refinancing loan and she was very good. She was very patient with us on what we had in mind. She was very open and easy to contact when we had a new question. Jill is an excellent loan officer and I can’t give her enough praise.   Lindsay has helped us buy at least 3 cars over the last 2-3 years. She makes the process very easy for us, and she goes the extra mile to help us research the vehicles to make sure the risk is good!

  I have the best bank in the world. Two of the loan officers are most excellent. My family gets the best treatment from them each time we need a loan or questions about potential loans. Lisa and Maggie are AMAZING, they always make us feel like this is a small town bank and we are family! Thank you to these gals, they go far and beyond always and we are thankful for the both of them!

  I had a great experience at this bank. Meggie was the one that was helping me, it’s only takes two days and I was approved for a auto loan and not only that but she also helped me refinance my car because I was paying to much. I really appreciate her help, she always picked up when you called and she always communicate with you. Am so happy right now.

  I had an amazing experience working with Jill Jayne to take out a loan and refinance my car. She contacted me soon after I submitted a request online and was unbelievably helpful and kind. She kept me updated with every step of the process and answered all of questions. The entire process was quick easy and stress free. I definitely recommend working with First Class & Jill!

  Needed a loan for a vehicle, I went through their website and filled out loan application, was approved and received an email the next day. I work with Lindsey, she was very patient, and was always quick to get back to me with any questions. Was able to get the money that day for the vehicle and couldn't be happier. Excellent service, awesome people. Love this credit union. Thank you first class!!

  We’ve been member of First Class for years. Recently we worked with Jill J on refinancing a vehicle loan. She was outstanding, beyond kind and caring. She answered all of my questions, went above and beyond to make sure we were getting what we wanted. She was easy to talk to and work with, & made the whole process seem so easy.

  I have been a member since 1994 and have always had wonderful service. Recently I worked with Jill J. to be pre-approved for an auto loan Jill went above & beyond every step of the way Whether it was sending me links to available cars, explaining the process & answering any question I had quickly The kind of service you get here is above and beyond any regular bank! Jill was awesome & can’t wait to work with her again!

  I have banked with First Class for years! Recently my husband and I needed a loan for vehicle repairs, and Maggie W. (loan officer) went above and beyond to help us figure everything out!!! She's great at what she does, and makes the process less stressful (Nobody needs anymore stress after 2020 lol!) . The bank tellers are friendly too!
