  This place was spectacular to work with! Nikki S was SO helpful! She worked with her boss and made our 30 year mortgage a 15 year, lower rate AND has saved us thousands. DEFINITELY check this place out just to see what they can do for your mortgage or car loans. They don’t have all the huge fees of big banks. Very personalized service.

  Kay was AMAZING!! She went above and beyond for my check order I was not expecting that since it was just a check order. I love anytime I get her on the phone she does an amazing job.

  I opened my account to transfer my credit card balance but did not receive the service I needed, the person who attended to me had to call the credit institution and transfer the balance, instead she gave me a check and that I will take you to the place of the credit card to cancel it. When I went to cancel my credit card with the check, I was rejected because the transaction had to be done by phone and not by check, for the amount of money that was on the check plus the name of Affinity Credit Union, they refused to receive it, so I decided not to do so and continue with the credit card. But in the end if they charged me for a week of interest on the money I never used, what bad service and customer service, of course I will not return to that place.

  Affinity can remodel all they want but their service is worse than the old look of the building. They are slow and uneducated. Turnover is quick is what I mean by uneducated. I was shorted $1000.00 on a deposit and had to figure it out myself. I have had an account since I was a baby at affinity and they sure don’t act like it. My dad has all of his money there as well. My sister already made the smart decision of leaving. After many years I will be leaving and I encourage anyone else to do the same. Your money is not safe here unless you want to watch every penny and make sure you aren’t ripped off. I applied for a temp debit card and it’s been months and the official one never came. I could go on and on. I do not recommend this bank at all.

  Terrible. Thinking of closing my accounts and have been with them for 12 years. Loan officer Tara put my car down as a diesel which was an excess cost for my warranty and when I tried getting ahold of her to change it she would never answer her phone and has never called me back. Very unprofessional. Not only that, she lied to me about the warranty coverage. Done doing anything with these people, not to mention their interest rates are high
