  “The professional staff and outstanding service at First Citizens Bank has made changing banks a smooth transition, as the task seemed to be very daunting. My business had a long standing relationship with a hometown bank, when we decided to make the change. Vicky Churchill and her staff walked us through the whole process, and patiently answered all our questions. We were able to refinance our building and now have a more manageable interest rate.   I have banked with First Citizen's for many years. It is a family-controlled bank that values relationships with families, companies, communities and associates. The level of professionalism within is astounding. I enjoy being able to call the local branch and it is not an automated line. It is a forward thinking company, that helps customers succeed financially by caring about your long term financial goals. If you're looking to build relationships that last a lifetime, I'd recommend you bank with them.

  A bank with personality! With technology today, it is so easy to actually never step foot into a bank; however, FCB of Lacey gives you motivation to make the extra trip for personal banking service. Every staff member is professional, personable (and some even just adorable to chat with) and always so friendly. For anyone with kids like myself, they always have fresh bite-size treats, with a conveniently placed seating area filled with children's story books. My children love going to the bank now, they actually get excited to practice good behavior, read a book, get a treat and typically pass around high-fives. :) There is nothing wrong with shopping for a bank that fits your needs, go check out FCB of Lacey!

  I’ve been friends with Vicky Churchill for a few years through business networking. She is a strong marketing ally and a very patient, low-key professional with no pressure or agenda. I also enjoy cordial and beneficial business relationships with Rebecca Deuel and Ryan Palmquest.   Everyone at First Citizens in Lacey is very helpful every time I have business banking questions about ANYTHING to do with our accounts, loans and even business credit card accounts. They know their own products well and if there is a question they can't answer, they will find the answer for you or connect you with the right people. Ryan Palmquest, Valerie Gratton and Rebecca Deuel are always professional and friendly. They are a pleasure to do business with.
