  Shy-Anne is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Please use her if you have the choice. She is professional, she is quick to always get back to you, she helped educate me throughout the whole process and I never felt out of the loop or unaware of where we are at in the process. Her team also reflects her positive energy and ability to get back to you in a timely manner. The best part of working with Shy-Anne and her team is they truly care and they are always looking out for your best interest!   I have been with Anchor Bank for about seven years and what a wonderful experience it has been. I started out as a business customer then decided to use them for some personal needs as well. The customer service is top notch! I was a little nervous about the merge with 1st Security but once I knew Melissa and her team would still be there I knew I had nothing to worry about! If you are looking for a local bank with a personal touch you should definitely choose 1st Security Bank!

  I have been an Anchor Bank customer for years and have always received excellent service. While change can be difficult, the switch to 1st Security Bank was handled very well. Melissa Stone personally handled all of my questions and was able to make the transition easy for all my banking needs. Thank you to her and her great service!

  We had multiple accounts with Anchor and were very happy with EVERYTHING! Customer service, services offered, etc. After the switch to First Security, I am just as pleased. Very smooth transition, better mobile banking options, an all around great experience. I have all of my business and personal accounts with and they take amazing care of us and our needs! Won’t be taking my money anywhere else, they take care of everything for us!

  I have used ShyAnne on 2 home purchases and 1 refinance, and every single time she is so easy to work with and makes the process so smooth. After working with her the first time I didn’t think twice about using her to purchase my second home. If you want a smooth, easy process use ShyAnne! For the veterans out there, she is very knowledgable on the VA loan program and has made both my VA loans go through without any problems.
