  Was treated very rude by a teller and was told if I went into the branch more and she knew me she would cash my check but since she didn't know me they could only deposit it. To me it doesn't matter if you know me or not I'm a customer with an active. It shouldn't matter if you know me or not. Poor customer service.

  I would have given a zero rating if that was an option. I went to simply cash a check that was made out to the name I go by. Unfortunately my parents called me by my middle name and since I have been married my first name is on all my legal papers. Not only would they not cash a check that I had plenty of money to cover I was also treated disrespectful by Gloria. A very bad experience Never have I been treated the way I was treated today in all the years I have been banking with First Citizens. 😡

  Wanted to open an account today but doors where locked and np one works from 1 to 3 here

  Second time I go through drive-thru . The woman in the window was rude to me again ! All because i didnt have a deposit slip for my deposit . Next time ill try and go to another location .
