  I recently purchased a home and worked closely with Lisa to secure a mortgage and I had a really wonderful experience. I had A LOT of questions, but Lisa patiently walked me through them and made sure that I was informed each step of the way. Sometimes these calls were outside of business hours, and Lisa was very accommodating. At the end, Lisa went above and beyond and helped me get a credit for my appraisal. I'd highly recommend working with her.
