      DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE. Since Michelle left they freeze accounts and even with a positive balance and leave the account frozen without actually calling the person, during a hurricane too through the rest of the week and weekend. Terrible customer service unless you call the downtown branch. Jenny is useless, Tiffany wriggles, more helpful thank the rest, but you can tell she’s not a nice person like Michelle is. Sharon Spradley totally useless and a joke as senior Vice President. Run do not walk away from this bank! I will be closing my account as soon as I can.

      Great local bank. I use the downtown branch, and I have always received top notch service. They give superior personal service compared to larger banks in the area! I'm very impressed with Branch Manager Ms. Cotter.
