  Very rude. Call before coming. When I got there the young lady was on the phone. She was very rude. She stated she was getting ready to leave. And she locked up the money. She told me my item was damaged and it wasn’t. I didn’t want to go back and forth. It wasn’t a big deal. I told her thank you and have nice day. I just didn’t like the customer service I received. I think she was slightly frustrated that I came close to closing time. I got there 4:40-4:45. That was my very first experience there. And my last. If she is the owner that is no way to handle business.

  She thought I didn't see the price of a pin that I bought and she jacked it up $200 because she didn't think that I knew how much it was on the tag. I would have been back because I like her stuff.

  Extreme and poor service, the lady had a don't care Attitude!!! And I was spending money not getting any loans was making a purchase... never again..

  If i could give no stars i would. These people ripped me off on a game system that didnt read disks and didnt even try to help me. They are very rude and customer service is HORRIBLE

  This place told me one price over the phone and ten minutes later gave me almost half what they said. Can't trust these people, they will rip you off. >:(

  I love this pawn shop. Very good and knowledgable staff. Friendly people and the jewelry selection is the best in town.

  Such a joke of a pawnshop. Place is falling apart and the staff are very rude. Its so dark inside that you cant even see some of their product for sale. Terrible establishment.
