  Service was prompt. The lady that helped me was friendly. Will go back to this pawn place again. By the way I had some valuables stolen. First cash had the exact item that was stolen. Thank you first cash for bringing back the joy.

  I did business with them once and it wasn’t bad.. but these employees today when I went past the gate and outside the door they just stared at me. Never opened the door or anything.

  I went today with the intention of spending my whole check with them. Do you know what the young guy told me? I quote, "I made enough money today." What? A business can never make enough profits. He's bad for business. He also needs more training in customer service. I eventually was serviced by a guy with dreads. He took care of me. I was able to get what I needed for my young boys. I'm still astonish about what he stated to me. As a store representative, he's too heavy about sales. Please retrain that young guy asap.

  They have a lot of variety but I had to exchange both my items because 1 didn't charge and the other didn't work well. Please be sure to ask items to be tested or shown up close not just through the glass as I will be sure to do in ANY future purchases. Lesson learned but they were cool about it.

  There isn't a pawn shop anywhere that is going to give you a fair price on anything of uou are selling. If you can wait for your money it is best to sell your items on ebay or advertise in the paper. You will get more money. You have to figure the pawn shops have to make money off of what they buy. So they will only pay about 25% of what it is worth.

  Cashier let a customer steal my money out of money holder I’m done with Pawn shop Period forcing me to have to come up with another 90.00 for my payment so hurt about this situation q
