  First time in they were insulting on the money. Any other shop gave me twice as much. I walked out .2nd time I went (because it was the closest ) I told them I usually deal with cash America and gave me double the amount. He locked it up and matched Cash America's price. I will definitely go there again. They went out of there way to make a good deal.. awesome job.

  I had great a experience with everyone in the store and there were very helpful in getting me what I need. Adrianna was very friendly and attentive. Would recommend this store to anyone.

  I have been a customer for several years here and always have had nothing but great things to say about this staff! They are very helpful and very knowledgeable. John, the Asst Manager is at the top of his game! Cindy the store Manager runs a great crew! To the rest of the staff, Adrianna, Fred, Marcus, Logan, and Valarie.... Keep up the great work!

  I had a great experience with Fred I bought a game console that did not work when I took home all I did was take it back and explain the situation within 24 hours and they had no problem replacing the console. I’m very happy they could have easily made the situation harder than it should’ve been since I didn’t purchase the peace of mind plan but because I explained the situation and it was within 24 hours the whole thing was resolved and I am happy for customer and will return for sure. P.S. please just buy the peace of mind plan it’s worth it

  John with the glasses is an excellent addition to this store, I come here Very often and i have Never left dissapointed, he also has never ever made me feel like i was getting low balled on their offer. Always easy and fair to negotiate with.

  This hell hole took a vantage of an 18-year-old girl, she need money because his did have a job she pawn some family jewelry to get by for a little bit, the wonderful people in there told her that the finance charge was a monthly payment she had to pay to soli receive her items back. Now we all know this is not true but a girl 18 years of age will believe what is told to her especially if it sounds so simple as paying a monthly payment and receiving your item back. So just because someone wanted to make a sale and take advantage she got screwed over of getting her jewelry back. She paid every month and was excited to see her grandpa’s jewelry back but unfortunately they don’t care. can’t correctly explain how to pawn to a first timer. Garbage.

  I guess their employees cant tell time or know the days of the week. It's Sunday 11:05 am and they won't open the door . The sign on the door states they open at 11 on Sundays. Just standing around staring at customers who go up to the doors. Yeah, best Stay in school kids!

  This shop is very racist. My mother tried to pawn an item and they offered her a small amount of money. I had my friend go in who is not black with the same item and they offered her way more. I only been there twice and each time I've felt very uncomfortable. Avoid this place.
