  I went there to pawn a laptop, my father bought me this past summer .. It was a Dell XP15 9500, with a 10th generation processor.. It cost about $1900, new..They tried to lowball me on a pawn & only offer me $350?!? When I showed the lady the packing slip , with the descriptions/ features , the woman tried to imply , it was stolen (because I ripped off the part with my father’s account details..The rest of the receipt had my name and adresss , for the shipping .. When I said, “can you at least give me $500?”.. She said, “no one’s gonna pay that much for a computer around here!” As if the people around there are broke/low class…. I then said, “give me my laptop back & I’ll take it to a “better” neighborhood then ….” So , I took the laptop to Towson … Poplar Jewelry, to be exact .. When the guy looks up the model number , etc… He says he can give me $500!!! I then say, “what’s the most you can give me ?” He says, “$650”….. I pawn it for $650….. Almost DOUBLE what First Cash tried to SCREW me for!!!!

  Good deals,all employees are helpful and respectful. Lots of flat screens good prices. I've purchased Flat screens, elect guitar, computer. I will purchase there again before x-mas. Hey you guys better get down here to First Cash Pawn I got some really nice stuff in there good deals jewelry flat screen tools all in great condition very good price and the leaving work with you once you become a constant customer no you can make your deals better don't miss it.

  I have been going there for about a year or so and all I can say is that everyone that works there is very respectfully and professional and I have never been to any other pawn shop with that much courtesy and respect like I get there and I would like to say thank you to everyone that works there

  Was closed temporarily because of electrical fire contained to the first floor last winter/spring . Was told that customers should refer there questions to the Essex store located up near Middlesex shopping center. From my understanding they tell me that they should be back in operation during several time frames but this store still needed required work on it for to be re-operational. Here it's months later & there still closed. I see contractors working on the place but no definitive time frame as to when there going to reopen. They have since reopened back in February 2017. The stores associates all have a-1 attitudes and demeanor. Since I've been in this store since there reopening multiple times to buy stuff I have always gotten good deals. If Rob is working there working during whatever days he's one of the older employees that has stuck around when they have had ownership changes, etc.. . Rob, I believe has good, vast knowledge that he has gained with experience in the pawn business. I guess they say that age comes with wisdom. I hope that I'm getting the name right but they also have a female there named Avi that has recently started there. You guys + gals might know here from Spartans Pizza. Since working for First Cash she has gain quite a bit of knowledge that she has gained from employees like Rob that have taken them under there wing. They might not have the item your looking for but you got to remember they have since remodeled this store. Before it looked way too cluttered, now they quite a bit of space to work with. Please forgive me if I don't know the one younger guys name that works here. I've been living in the area for almost 5 years now but overall almost my whole life. So I've seen quite a few leave by either quitting for personal, medical, or financial reasons, etc... . But I have also seen some leave because they just simply passed away. But overall this establishment has always stood the face of time. Please feel free to come in during business hours to find the items your looking for.

  There's no better pawn shop in Baltimore. Their prices are great!! The staff is very helpful and they make pawning/selling easy.

  Went in to pawn some gold was first time in there the great girl assistant manager her name Avril helped me out a lot and gave me a great deal go in there now looking to buy or pawn definitely great service and they really work with you defiantly recommend help me get cash really neeeded and gave me a amazing deal
