  Firstly I was immediately looked at negatively as I walked to the only employee not conversing about whatever matters business or otherwise with zero regards to the customer entering the store. Upon telling this young lady of my intended business she simply said uh-huh and proceeded to listen to the other two employees until they were finished task one of them to help me. The gentleman who finally helped me still with no greeting looked at the items I had intended to sell as if they were broken of poor quality stolen or counterfeit, to provide a little insight to the reader I live down south my debit and credit card we're missing from my wallet so I was only there to sell personal items that I had on me in order to get gas money to return home these were two different types of beats by Dre headphones both less than a few months old one valued at $250 new the other at $150 new. A Spyderco knife valued at $300 new a Kershaw folding pocket knife at $120 new and a barely out of the box PS5 controller at $75 new. Now please don't get me wrong I fully understand I was not going to achieve anywhere near the numerical value of any of these items new however I didn't expect the knives to be scoffed at the online used value of these headphones to be lied to me about right to my face and offered 60 bucks for all of the above. I leave this review because this used to be the only pawn shop in town I would go to. I jumped online on my phone and found that not only was his research as to used values dismal at best but his attempts of informing me on corporate conglomacy to be completely inaccurate. Apple to Android shared products being only compatible with Apple although funnily enough working with my Android phone? On top of the two I presume homeless and very clearly high on who the hell knows what people standing right near the front door making my time inside insanely uncomfortable wondering if my car was going to be out there I was treated as though I was one of those two guys loitering outside the front door by the staff. Truthfully I am greatly offended and will never return to what has become a very sad establishment. I would not recommend it this location to anybody in fact I would tell everybody head down the street to any EZ pawn the biggest rip you off pawn shop ever you'll have a better experience there.

  Doesn’t feel safe. The store and property are poorly maintained. You will frequently find homeless people digging in the dumpster.

  Tony and Justin are very professional and go above and beyond when it comes to quality service. Both gentlemen are very knowledgeable of any product you may have a question about or pertaining to any transaction you conduct. I do suggest stopping in for any of your pawn needs. Thanks guys

  DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE! Beware if your pawning items that have cords or hdmi cables. They will lose your cords even if its on your reciept. The manager will then offer you a knock off brand cord or hdmi cable then say you are not allowed to do buisness with them anymore. Contacted the BBB and others about this pawn shop. Looking at the reviews i should have known they are a shady buisness. Hopefully something comes from this complaint but my opinion to you all is choose another pawn shop dont risk losing the value on your items because of a lazy pawn shop and manager.

  This pawn shop, is BY FAR, the WORST pawn shop I've ever been in....it doesnt even deserve 1 star.....I'll start with the customer service, which is non existent. They have no knowledge or common sense on how to treat others, let alone a customer. Second, the items they have, look like junk, and everything is over priced. I will NEVER give this store, or this company ANY of my business. They should learn basic people skills. It's not anyone's fault but their own that they didn't graduate high school, or learn how to make something of themselves. Enjoy your minimum wage job!!!👍👏👏👏

  Who is low enough to steal a hdmi cord from a pawned item that's hasn't been sold and told us we cant do business here has soon has we asked for the original cord that was with the xbox. I wouldn't come here apparently theft is disregarded by the manger himself.

  Dont go to this store their offers are extremly low and they do not price items the way they are suppose to, The manager and staff are crooks you are better off walking or driving down a few more minutes and going to EZ Pawn they do business right other than these theives sorry not sorry, First cash need to learn how to do business right

  Horrible place!!!! I wasn't even pawing something, i had payments set up on an item to purchase and my payment was less than two days late. They STOLE my money and told me i would have to start over on my purchase. Avoid this place!

  No one was happy had our change thrown at us and they damaged the item I had in pawn very displeased with my experience and I think this store should be closed
