  look I ranked the store a two out of five because I haven’t shopped there I only tried to sell something. that being said I sold some AirPods to them for $25. I to work at a pawnshop so I’m not complaining about the price. I totally understand they have to make a profit out of what they sell. what I’m complaining about is the customer service that I was treated with. i’m not going to say any names because I do not like to affect anyone’s job. but this worker was very rude from the jump, when I was being respectful. And I hope you don’t think that I took it the wrong way either. I know when someone’s being rude. the worker kept belittling me asking me questions on why I couldn’t go to another pawnshop, or why I couldn’t of just done it at my own Pawn Shop. I mentioned because it was really busy. And I left early. Didn’t think that would be the right thing to do. the worker kept shaking there head at me and like I said, simply being rude. But, back to my point earlier, I’m not complaining about the price. But the worker would not have no wiggle room whatsoever. I’d ask if they can bump it up five dollars, the worker straight up said no. And I understand if she said no but she said “nope” in the rudest way possible. Top Dollar Pawn would never. They are blunt with there prices. But they are definitely negotiable. Maybe I’m over reacting but, like I said, very rude. Again the money part is besides the point. Just a very bad experience. like I said I didn’t shop so I couldn’t tell you about that. looked like they had some nice stuff tho.

  This place is a joke. I bought a wii u system at this place. Not only did I get a taped up power cords but the hdmi didn't work. The whole system smelled like cigarettes. It still had the last person's account on there with a parental lock. So I had to waste time talking to Nintendo just get this thing unlocked. THEN come to find out the disc drive is broken. The only thing that "saved" me was they ripped me off more by charging me more for a 15 day return policy so I returned it. The assistant manager toni was super rude. She returned my money after I said what happened....then just slapped a price tag back on it to sell it to someone else broken without telling them. This place sells trash. If you want to sell your trash they will take it no questions asked. If I didn't pay for the return policy I would have been screwed which I'm sure will happen to someone else who didn't pay for the return policy.

  It was great. They have good customer service yeah great prices on their products it was great doing business with them

  If I could give a zero review on this I honestly would. I bought a gun from them just to find out that the gun has been under recall for the last two years. I went back into the pawn shop to get my money back (I paid almost three hundred dollars)or to even get a trade since I was under the understanding that they are not even aloud to be selling firearms under recall. The only offer they would give me is they would buy it back for $100. The manager did not even come out to speak to me. The associate working even stated that they would refund if it was not firing correctly and it does not which is why there is a recall. I would not recommend shopping here especially for a firearm.

  I bought some beats studio 3 headphones from them as well as some tools on my way to work. I didnt notice the damage to the beats at the time because the price tag was holding them together. When I tried to return them they denied me and said they were priced accordingly. 80.00.... don't go to this hack shop. They will con you.

  I visited First Cash a few weeks ago to make a firearm purchase. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had very affordable prices and I felt confident about buying from them. They will work with you and take reasonable offers on almost everything in the store. Great pawn shop overall.

  Worst pawn shop if you like paying more than retail value for used items this is the store for you. It’s a joke the employees are rude and I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere if I could give it a zero I would!!!!!

  Went in with an item I needed a loan on. Was told by the guy behind the counter that $20 was the best he could do and they have to go by eBay prices, which I understand. I am a very seasoned eBay user and even worked for an eBay store, so I know how to use it. I looked up my item beforehand, just for this reason. The cheapest available was around $270 PLUS shipping. He tells me its $67. Bull. I asked him to show me and he says he doesnt have to. I tell him he is very dishonest and all he can say is that he is in the business of making money. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a pawn shop. Very dishonest employees and rude. I would advise to get a loan somewhere else. He blatantly lied to my face. I dont care if they are giving away a free Rolex with any purchase, I'm never coming back to this ghetto pawn shop ever again.

  I had a very good experience at First Cash Pawn. As soon as I walked thru the door I was greeted from a man behind the counter who was with another customer at that moment but told me he would be right with me. Then I took a stroll over to the tool section to see if something I had been looking for for a couple of weeks now might be here. Not today but that's ok it's not what I was here for anyway. I approached the front desk and a young lady came to greet me, "How can I help you?" I'm hoping to do some business with you and not take too much of a spanking on these coins I'm contemplating on parting with. Would you be interested in coins? She smiled and said, "that all depends on the coin, let's have a look and then I'll look it up see what it's worth, then I can tell you what I can do, ok?" Ok, In short she spent some time looking each coin up on the computer and giving me round about numbers, almost bartering with me just as I enjoy and expect at any pawn shop that has any self respect. We came to an agreement on most coins that I wanted to sell, I felt that she was fair and also knowledgeable at her job. She did her job very well, that meaning she didn't make me feel like I was being taken for a bad ride down Beat St. And she didn't allow my charming comments to amount to even a dollar, ha. It was good doing business with you and I will be seeing you again soon. Happy New year 🎉

  Good pawn shop and decent people. They give fair prices for pawns but some of the things they sell are too expensive
