  …I had SUCH a wonderful experience here! I was extremely nervous about purchasing a gaming laptop, as I had zero knowledge of them, but my son wanted one desperately- the gentleman there was so very kind to me, assuring me the laptop was strong enough to hold the specific games, and was very knowledgeable- and you know what?? …it did just that!!! it has been the highlight for him- and I appreciate the honesty and assurance I received here- I would DEFINITELY go back!!! thank you!!! it’s perfect!!!

  It's clean and well lit. The merchandise looks to be mostly good quality and in good condition. I have seen people say they weren't the friendliest, but I was greeted immediately and they were very nice without being obsequious. Most importantly, KJ knew her stuff and recognized the quality of my piece immediately, offering me 25% more than I had ever been offered anywhere else, even during the gold boom a few years ago. Everything felt very honest and above board. She took the time to carefully explain the loan terms to me, made sure I knew the interest cost, payment, due dates, and what to do if I needed more time. Pawning stuff isn't fun and you usually do it when you are in a stressful situation, but dealing with honest, competent people makes it easier. They will always get my business from now on.

  I really like the new management David he talks to you he works with you so far so good with this place. Logan is a good help to. I give this place five stars is my favorite pawn shop around the east side

  Just went in last week to find a subwoofer and was helped immediately, good service and good product pricing for quality equipment. I like that the employees insist on testing the product before letting you leave.

  Bought a tv from there and the volume stop working took it back and thought i was getting a better tv now it's want stay on. I want be buying any thing eles from the pawn shop no more.
