      Love how Fatima greets you as soon as you go in and how she attends you is by far the best customer service. She helped me with my purchases and got me the best deals she could. Definitely went back for more because of her.

      Visited shop to look at firearms, had some alright handguns. Customer service representative was very inexperienced and did not know much about firearms “all the 5.56 and 227 sell out quick” 227???? Not very helpful or knowledgeable in the department they were put in. Are also not up to date with covid regulations. Ez pawn down the street has a very experienced gun counter. Night and day difference

      Ignored for half an hour, while 100 year old man paid on his 25 lay-aways. No acknowledgment, be right with you... nothing!Worst customer service! After calling corporate the district manager promptly called me apologizing for the stores behavior. Moved to 2 stars
