  The only ATM never works, only opens 40hrs. a week...yes closed weekends, & has to many rules

  NEGATIVE STARS!!! Why does it seem that they put the most incompetent tellers in the motor bank on weekends? Very disappointed in the lack of customer service, training and knowledge from the tellers and/or managers for not providing the training or common sense when dealing with a business account. I have had an account with this bank for over 12 years and never dealt with such incompetency. I sincerely hope that just because this bank is here in Rio that they don't treat this branch like whatever they feel like instead of maintaining the standards set forth by Corporate. Will loose a long time customer! I wanted to put NO STARS but would not be able to post it.

  by far the worst customer service I've gotten from any business what-so-ever. If you go negative they charge 25 dollars every ten days then every seven. They don't let you pay it back in payments and they don't cash your check if your negative. So even if you wanted to pay it back the make you pay it in full and if you can't afford that then they'll charge you the 25 dollars basically every week making you EVEN MORE negative. I ask for advice and they don't even help me with that. They tell me to GET A LOAN! Why would I get a loan from a company that purposely keeps their customers in the hole.They did not help me at all.

  The ATM is more courteous than the staff, inquired about an IRA they didnt know what that was and referred me to a person who only works there once a week.

  Got charged multiple overdrafts for no reason, I called (customers services) they only offered 20$ they took 160$ from my checkings my advice avoid this bank horrible service and smells weird to.

  Bank does not serve to give you a voice check, they charge you after they are the ones who are changing all card account numbers etc.

  It is a problem for them to attend you by phone as a client of the branch
